Read what long-time clients and new visitors share about their experience with Kristi Nevels, LMT:
I was having terrible cluster headaches and backaches and Kristi was able to get me an appointment same day for a massage + Hot stones. It really helped relieve a lot of tension in my back and neck. The hot stones (included in all of her massage options) make a MAJOR MAJOR difference in the massage! The heat really helps loosen muscles and comforts the body. Kristi was very kind, attentive and her techniques were quite skilful and relaxing. I would certainly recommend her if you’re looking for a wonderful person and Massage Therapist in Lexington!

I swear if I could give this woman 10 stars instead of five, I would!! I have been going to her for probably close to 10 years. Every time I go to her I leave feeling 10 times better. She is an amazing massage therapist and her technique is amazing! She has also helped me when I had carpal tunnel in my right hand through massage. It has never returned. She customizes every massage to whatever problem you’re dealing with Plus, she uses hot stones and cupping at no extra charge! Over the years I have had many massages, none compare to Kristi. Last year I moved out of Lexington and I live one hour from her studio. When I am in need of a massage, I happily make that 1 hour drive because I now trust no one else.

I’ve had many massages and Kristi has been the best! She customizes each massage to what I need at the time and I always leave feeling relaxed, less tension and decompressed. I love that she includes hot stones and cupping at no additional cost. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing.
